For businesses already paying for ads and still not knowing where the next client comes from

Your problem isn't
the ad.It's what happens next.

You already have the click. What's missing is the system that catches that lead, files it, chases it and puts it in your calendar. Nine steps, running in 30 days.

Opportunities · Recreation
Your sector:

If you pay for ads and still end up chasing people, the ad isn't what's broken.

It isn't your product or your price. It's that nothing is built between the click and the sale. The average agency sells you the easy part, traffic, then emails you a report full of impressions and reach at month end. And you still don't know how many meetings came out of it.

Clicks aren't clients. What counts is the lead coming in, getting filed, qualifying itself and landing in your calendar.

The goal isn't more leads. It's your salesperson opening their phone on a Monday to a full week, without having chased anyone.

01
The lead comes in and disappearsWhatsApp, email, a spreadsheet, the salesperson's notebook. Nobody knows how many there are or who touched them.
02
You answer late and it goes coldWhoever answers first takes the sale. That is not marketing theory: it is what happens on your salesperson's phone every week.
03
You don't know which campaign makes moneyYou know what you spend. You don't know which specific ad brought in the client who signed. That isn't scaling, that's betting.
04
The business stops when you stopA holiday, a bad week, a trip. If you are the one closing, you don't have a system: you have a job.
05
You have tried agencies beforeTwo, three. They all started well. None of them left a working asset behind. You were right to be sceptical.

Run the numbers yourself.

The same maths we do on the first call, here, without having to talk to anyone. Swap in your own figures and see what comes out. If it doesn't work, you'll see that too.

Cumulative profit against what you've put in. Where they cross, you've made the investment back.

Cumulative profit Cumulative spend (ads + fee)

The campaign spends its first two months learning: we count month 1 at 50 % and month 2 at 80 %. We'd rather show you the real ramp than a chart that climbs straight up from day one.

Have us review these numbers We bring your scenario to the call. No need to repeat it.

Rather think it over? We'll email you these numbers.

You get the full breakdown with your figures. And if we think there's a fit, we write to you once. That's it.

Two packages. The difference is the system.

Seven of the nine steps are in both. What changes is 05 and 06: the CRM and the whole follow-up funnel. In other words, whether you pay to bring the lead in, or to bring it in and not lose it.

Video editing is in neither of them. It's explained right below.

Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta, it doesn't go through our invoice. We recommend a minimum of AED 2,500/month (≈ €600) so the algorithm has enough data to learn from. Below that the engine starts but never picks up speed.

And this is what isn't included.

Better here than on the third invoice. These are bought separately and none of them is compulsory.

Video editing Scripts are included; editing isn't. If you have an editor, we hand them the scripts. If not, we put you with one of ours.
Priced per service
AI agent on WhatsApp The one from the conversation above. It sits on top of the CRM we've already built, so nothing has to be redone.
Google Ads Not in either package: both are Meta. Sold on its own when people already search for what you sell.

This is exactly what we do. All nine steps, no small print.

The whole job, in the order it gets done, with what you get at each step. It is the system behind our work as a lead generation agency in Dubai. Each piece is also available on its own: see all services.

01

Analysis of your business

We take apart what you have already done: what you tried, what it cost and why it didn't work. Which service actually leaves you the most margin, which is almost never the one you sell most of. And the numbers: whether paid advertising is profitable for you, at what budget and in what timeframe. If the answer is no, we tell you and we stop there.

Before anything is signed
What you get

The number: the point at which ads start making you money, and which service to start with.

02

Sector and competitor research

We open your competitors' ad library and look at what they have been paying for over months, which is the only reliable signal that something works. Their funnels, their organic content and their sales angles. Not to copy it: to know what is burnt out and where the gap is.

What you get

The map of what works and what doesn't in your sector, with the actual ads that prove it.

03

Scripting

Word for word. Several angles and structures so we can test which one wins, instead of betting everything on the idea we liked in the meeting. What gets said, in what order and what gets shown. You just film what's written.

What you get

Scripts ready to film, with several angles so you can test which ad wins.

04

Filming and editing

You can film it yourself on a phone, and it works. If you would rather use a videographer, we brief them ourselves so nothing gets lost between the script and the camera. Editing does make the difference, and it is billed separately: if you don't have an editor, we put you with one of ours and agree the price before we start.

Editing is billed separately
What you put in

Half an hour a month in front of a camera, or a videographer we brief for you.

05

CRM system

The place where the whole marketing side lives: pipelines showing what stage every lead is at, tagging by campaign, ad and creative, and tasks for your sales team. If you already run a CRM, we don't replace it: we connect to it and marketing writes inside it.

What you get

Every lead filed, tagged with its source and assigned to someone. It stays with you if you ever leave.

06

Funnel, automation and nurturing

This is where you recover the money everyone else loses. Email and WhatsApp sequences written for your business, not templates: every message breaks one specific objection. Reactivation of the database you already have sitting dead. Recovery of the people who started the form and never finished it, and the ones who booked and never showed. Built once, then it runs on its own.

Explained in full further down
What you get

A lead who ignored you on day one is still alive three months later, without anyone having to remember to call.

07

Meta set-up

Ad account, pixel, events, conversions, audiences and campaign architecture. It's the part nobody sees and where most of the money burns: a badly built account spends exactly the same, it just learns worse.

What you get

The account built in your name and optimised from day one. If you ever leave, you take it with you.

08

Campaign, ad set and ad review

Every day. Which ad is getting more expensive, which one ran out of audience, which brings leads that close and which only brings tyre-kickers. What burns gets switched off and the budget moves to what works.

What you get

Money stops leaking into ads that no longer perform, within hours instead of weeks.

09

Monthly review

We cross your numbers with ours. Not the leads: the sales. What came in, what closed, what each client actually cost and what we change next month.

What you get

Your numbers reconciled with ours, and next month's decisions made with you in the room.

And when each thing happens.

Week 1
Steps 01 and 02. And you get the X-Ray: the 3 leaks, what each one costs and the order to fix them in. On paper, before anything is signed.
Weeks 2 and 3
Steps 03, 05, 06 and 07. Scripts written, CRM built, sequences loaded and Meta set-up finished. You film.
Week 4
Ignition. Campaigns go live and the first leads come in through the form.
Month 2 onwards
Steps 08 and 09. Daily review and monthly meeting. This is where cost per lead comes down.

Engines already running.

Three businesses, their numbers and the period of each. All three are in Spain: in the UAE we're at the start, and we'd rather say so here than on the call. And the proof that counts most is at the end of this page: opening your account with you in the room and showing you the three holes. Before you pay anything.

Miguel Ángel PaniaguaFounder

Who builds this.

captación.ai builds acquisition systems for businesses with neither the time nor the patience to wrestle with Meta Ads, a CRM and fourteen tools that don't talk to each other. Advertising, data, automation and content, in one team.

Founded by Miguel Ángel Paniagua and based in Dubai.

One system whose pieces you can also hire on their own, instead of a catalogue of services that don't fit together.

“Agencies sell hours. We leave a machine behind that also works while you sleep.”

What you're wondering.

I've already tried two or three agencies. What's different here?

Most of them sold you traffic and charged for it as if it were clients. When they left, nothing remained: no CRM, no automations, not one clean data point on which ad brought which client. Here the deliverable is an asset that stays with you. It's the difference between renting a car and building the engine in your own garage.

What exactly is the difference between the two packages?

Meta Direct (AED 4,100/month, ≈ €1,000) is seven of the nine steps: analysis, competitor research, scripts, Meta set-up, campaigns, daily review and monthly meeting. Everything needed to bring the lead in.

Full Engine (AED 7,200/month, ≈ €1,750) adds steps 05 and 06: the CRM and the entire follow-up funnel, meaning email and WhatsApp sequences, cold reactivation and abandonment recovery. It's what people buy after advertising has already failed them once, because the fault was almost never in the campaign, it was in what happened next.

I don't have time to film videos.

Three or four videos a month, 30 to 60 seconds, filmed on a phone with the script written word for word. Half an hour a month in one sitting. The real objection is almost never time: it's not knowing what to say to camera, and we take that away. If you'd rather not appear yourself, there's a plan B with faceless creative.

Is video editing included?

No. Scripts are included; editing is bought separately, because its cost depends on volume and format. Rolling it into a flat fee means some months you overpay. We'd rather give you the exact number.

When will I see the first leads?

The first ones in week 4, when campaigns go live. The good ones, at a stable cost, between weeks 6 and 8: that's when the algorithm has learned from clean data. In 30 days you have the engine running; in 60, enough data to decide with numbers.

How much do I need to spend on ads, on top of your fee?

A minimum of AED 2,500/month (≈ €600), paid directly to Meta. With less, the platform doesn't gather enough conversions to optimise. Most start between AED 2,500 and AED 6,100 (≈ €600–1,500) and only go up once cost per client is already profitable. In the initial analysis we tell you what budget makes sense to start with, and if you don't have it, we tell you to wait.

What if I'd rather pay monthly?

You can. It's AED 4,100/month + AED 2,000 set-up on Meta Direct (≈ €1,000 + €500), and AED 7,200/month + AED 4,100 on the Full Engine (≈ €1,750 + €1,000). The set-up is paid once.

And there's a less commercial reason: three months is the honest minimum to know whether this works in your business. Month 1 goes on building, month 2 on stabilising cost per lead, and month 3 is the first that shows what it really delivers. Judging it in month 1 is switching the car off just as the engine warms up.

Don't you guarantee a number of leads?

No, and that's deliberate. We guarantee going live in 30 days. That depends only on us, so we can honour it without an argument.

A “10 leads or it's free” depends on your product, your price and your competition, none of which we control. Whoever signs that without knowing your business ends up arguing on day 60 about what counted as a lead. We'd rather not have that conversation.

And if I want to stop?

You stop. You keep the CRM, the automations, the scripts, the creative and the data. We don't hold accounts or pixels hostage: they're built in your name from day one, so you take the account with everything it has learned, which is the part that's actually worth money.

Do you do Google Ads?

Yes, but separately. The packages are Meta because that's where native forms and video give the lowest cost per lead in most of the sectors we work in. Google adds value when people are already searching for your service by name; otherwise it just splits the same budget across two places and makes both worse. When it does make sense, this is how we run it: Google Ads agency in Dubai.

Do I need to already have a CRM or a website?

CRM no: we build it and it's yours. Website it depends: if yours converts, we use it; if not, we build campaign-specific landing pages, which is what actually moves cost per lead.

Which sectors have you worked in?

Real estate, mortgages, dental clinics and healthcare (healthcare marketing), renovation, artificial turf, education, fitness and live events. It works best with a mid-to-high ticket and a consultative sale: someone has to speak to the client before it closes. If you sell a product for AED 100 (≈ €20) through an online shop, we're not the right fit to run your ads; we can still build the store.

Why you and not an agency in my city?

If you want someone to run your Instagram and design the September poster, hire the one in your city: they'll do it better and cheaper. We build one system, the one that turns ad spend into booked meetings, and you can hire any piece of it on its own. It's a different trade.

One guarantee we can actually sign.

And one you won't read here.

Guarantee 01

Live in 30 days, or you don't pay the following month.

If on day 30 your campaigns aren't running, with the CRM built and the sequences loaded, the next month goes to zero. Nothing to claim: we deduct it ourselves.

Why we sign it: the build depends on us alone. If we're late that's our fault, not the market's and not your sector's.
What we won't sign: “X leads in 60 days or we work for free”.

Anyone signs that and it sounds great, right up to day 60, when it's time to argue about what counted as a qualified lead. The number of leads depends on your product, your price and your market, and promising it in writing before knowing them is either naive or a trap in the small print. We guarantee what we control. The rest we discuss with the numbers in front of us at the monthly review.

Start by finding out where your money is leaking.

30 minutes, no sales deck. We open your ads and your numbers with you in the room and you leave with the Captación X-Ray: the 3 specific leaks, what each one costs you and the order to fix them in. Use it with us or without us. The document is yours either way.

It is literally step 01 of the service, the same one included in both packages. We do it before charging you anything because it's the only proof that really counts: not us telling you what we do, but you seeing the holes in your own account.

Or message Miguel on WhatsApp: .

Enter your name.
We need a phone number to call you.
That email doesn't look valid.
Tell us where to look before the call.
Choose an option.

Got it. We'll be in touch today.

Before the call we open your account and prepare the X-Ray, so the 30 minutes go on decisions instead of catching up.

We start engines on the 1st and the 15th of each month. An engine is dozens of hours of the team's work before the first ad goes out, so each start date has limited room. If the next one is full, we give you the date of the following one on the same call.
