Email marketing agency in Dubai: follow-up that runs inside your CRM

We write and run email for Dubai businesses that already generate enquiries: follow-up sequences for new leads, nurturing for the ones who aren’t ready, and newsletters for your list. It all lives in your CRM, so every email knows where the contact is in your sales process.

Email marketing from AED 3,100/month + AED 4,100 set-up (≈ €750 + €1,000). The same price as our CRM and automation work, because the set-up builds both.

We go through what happens to a lead after the first form, and where your emails stop.

Why email belongs in the CRM

Most email marketing companies in Dubai sell campaigns: a template, a list, a send. That works for a shop with a big list. For online stores, see abandoned cart and repeat-order flows. It works less well for a business where a person has to call, quote or book the lead.

There, the email that matters is the one that goes out because something happened. The lead filled a form and nobody has called yet. The quote was sent five days ago. The patient booked but hasn’t confirmed. Those emails need to know the lead’s stage, so we build them in the same CRM your team uses: GoHighLevel. The rest of that build is on the CRM and automation page.

What our email marketing services include

1. Domain authentication: SPF, DKIM and DMARC

Before the first send, we check the three DNS records that tell Gmail and Outlook the email really comes from you. Gmail’s sender guidelines ask every sender for SPF or DKIM, and anyone sending more than 5,000 messages a day to Gmail for all three plus one-click unsubscribe.

2. Follow-up sequences for new leads

A short sequence starts the moment an enquiry arrives: who we are, what happens next, an easy way to book. It ends as soon as the lead replies or someone on your team speaks to them.

3. Nurturing for slower decisions

Property, treatments and professional services can take months. For leads who said “not yet”, we write a slower sequence with something useful to say each time, and a way back to a person when they’re ready.

4. Newsletters to your existing list

A regular email to clients and past enquiries, written for your business. Frequency agreed with you; we’d rather send less and have it read.

Only contacts who gave you their details. Every marketing email carries a visible unsubscribe link, and anyone who opts out is removed across every channel.

6. Reporting on replies and bookings

Opens are a weak number: some mail apps load emails automatically, which inflates them. We report replies, bookings and sales from each sequence, read alongside your CRM.

We checked our own domain first

In October 2026 we ran the same check on captacion.ai. The DKIM records weren’t resolving: a proxy in front of our DNS was hiding them, so receiving servers couldn’t verify our signature. We switched those records to DNS-only and confirmed they now resolve.

It wasn’t a crisis. It’s just the kind of fault that sits unnoticed for months, and the reason we look at the records instead of assuming they’re fine. Our own DMARC policy is still on monitoring while we watch the reports.

Who it’s for

BusinessWhere email earns its place
Real estate brokerages and developersLong buying cycles: new launches, price changes and viewings to people who enquired months ago
ClinicsBooking confirmations and recall of past patients; any promotional content approved by your Medical Director first
Professional services and B2BQuotes that go quiet, proposals to follow up, a newsletter that keeps you in mind until the timing is right

Not a fit: buying lists, or blasting thousands of contacts who never asked to hear from you. We don’t do it.

Compliance and data

  • Opt-in only. We email people who gave you their details. No bought or scraped lists.
  • Unsubscribe in every marketing email, honoured at once.
  • UAE data protection. The UAE has a federal personal data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). We work from consent; how it applies to your business is a question for your legal adviser.
  • Regulated sectors. Healthcare and education content follows the same approvals as your ads, and property ads and generic lead campaigns carry a Trakheesi permit number.
  • We don’t guarantee open rates or inbox placement. We set up everything that is in our hands and show you what happened.

Frequently asked questions

No. We only email people who have given your business their details, through a form, an enquiry or as clients. Bought and scraped lists hurt your domain’s reputation and send your future emails to spam, and they don’t sit well with consent-based data protection. If you need new contacts, that’s an advertising job first.

Three DNS records on your domain. SPF lists the servers allowed to send your email. DKIM adds a signature that proves the message wasn’t altered. DMARC tells receivers what to do if a message fails those checks. Without them, your emails are more likely to land in spam or be rejected.

Not necessarily. For newsletters only, a separate tool can be fine. For follow-up that reacts to a lead’s stage, email has to live where the stage is recorded, so we usually build it in the CRM. Tell us which tool holds your list today and we’ll say whether moving it is worth the effort.

Fewer than you’d think. A new-lead sequence is usually a handful of emails over a couple of weeks, and it stops the moment the person replies or books. Nurturing runs slower, and the newsletter at the rhythm we agree. The aim is a reply, not volume.

Yes, sent to people who agreed to hear from you and with an easy way to opt out. The UAE has a federal personal data protection law, and some sectors have their own advertising rules. This is general information checked in October 2026, not legal advice; confirm your case with your legal adviser.
