What data we collect

Captación X-Ray form: name, phone number, email address, website or Instagram profile, type of business and how much you spend on ads each month. If you used the calculator on the page first, also the figures you entered in it. And, so we know what works, the page you landed on, the website you came from and the campaign tags in the link (UTM).

"Your numbers" calculator: your email address, if you ask us to send you the result, together with the figures you entered.

Free SEO audit form: your website, name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone or WhatsApp number. And, as with the X-Ray, the page you landed on, the website you came from and the campaign tags in the link (UTM).

Real estate system form (/real-estate/): name, WhatsApp number, email address, agency name, how many leads it gets per month, how many agents it has and which areas it works in.

Requests from all these forms reach our CRM.

When you send any form we also store the IP address it was sent from and the date and time, to stop automated submissions and abuse (no more than a few per hour from the same connection).

We don't ask for special categories of data. You don't need to give us more than each form asks for.

What we use it for

  • Contacting you (by phone, email or WhatsApp) to prepare and carry out the Captación X-Ray you asked for, and to agree a time for the call.
  • Preparing and sending you the free SEO audit you asked for.
  • Replying to you about the real estate system and, if you ask, showing you the demo.
  • Sending you the result of the calculator or of the X-Ray.
  • If you then hire us, preparing the proposal and the contract.

We don't sell your data or use it to send you third-party advertising.

Why we can process it (legal basis)

  • Your consent, which you give when you send a form or ask for the result by email. You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting anything done before.
  • Pre-contractual steps at your request: the X-Ray, the SEO audit or the demo is the first step before a possible contract.

How long we keep it

We keep it while we have a business relationship with you or while you remain interested in our services. There is no fixed period: if you ask us to delete it, we delete it. We only keep what the law requires us to keep (for example, under tax and accounting rules if you hire us), and only for as long as the law requires.

Who else sees it

Only the providers we need for this to work, who process it on our behalf and under a contract:

  • Our hosting providers: Cloudflare, which serves the website, and Hostinger, whose servers store a copy of your request.
  • Google (Gmail), where we receive the notice of each request.
  • The email provider from which we write to you and send you the calculator result.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), if you write to us through a WhatsApp link or we reply to you on WhatsApp, through its official platform.
  • Meta Platforms, only if you accept ad measurement in the cookie notice. See the cookie policy (in Spanish).

We don't share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

International transfers

The controller is in the United Arab Emirates, outside the European Economic Area. When you send us a form, your data reaches that country, which does not have an adequacy decision from the European Commission. Meta (including for WhatsApp) and Google are in the United States. With providers outside the European Economic Area we work with the safeguards set out in the GDPR. Meta Platforms is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to rectify or erase it, object to its processing or ask us to restrict it, ask for portability and withdraw your consent. Write to info@captacion.ai saying which right you want to exercise; we reply within one month at most.

If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

UAE data protection law (PDPL)

The company is established in the United Arab Emirates. Alongside the GDPR, this policy takes into account Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), in force since 2 January 2022.

Under the PDPL you can also ask us for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, object to its processing, including for direct marketing (art. 17), and ask for portability. You exercise these rights the same way: by writing to info@captacion.ai.
