On the five Dubai agency websites we checked on 4 November 2026, published monthly SEO packages start between AED 1,249 and AED 7,500 a month, and the highest fixed package we found was AED 15,000 a month. Ours is AED 3,100 a month plus AED 2,000 set-up. The fee alone tells you little: what matters is how many pages, keywords, locations and languages each month covers.
Five agencies are not the market, and many SEO companies in Dubai don’t publish prices at all. So this guide shows what those five publish, what moves an SEO quote up or down, how local SEO is priced, how VAT works, and the questions that tell a fair quote from a weak one.
Published SEO packages in Dubai
These are the prices each agency shows on its own pricing page. We didn’t ask for quotes, and we don’t rank or recommend anyone.
| Agency (pricing page) | Entry package | Highest fixed package | Conditions shown on the page |
|---|---|---|---|
| Drivix | AED 1,249/month (Local) | AED 4,499/month (Authority) | 3 months, then month to month; “No VAT is charged” |
| AskGalore | AED 1,900/month (Basic, up to 25 keywords) | AED 5,900/month (Pro); Enterprise is custom | Monthly prices |
| Boldin | AED 2,000/month (Starter, 10 keywords, up to 5 pages, English) | AED 5,500/month (Business) | Minimum 4 months (6 for Business); Arabic only in the Business plan |
| GCC Marketing | From AED 3,000/month | “AED 10,000+/month” | Scope set per project |
| Tenet | AED 7,500/month | AED 15,000/month | Content briefs: 4, 8 or 12 a month |
| captacion.ai (us) | AED 3,100/month + AED 2,000 set-up | Quoted by scope | One website and one location at the entry price; monthly |
How to read it:
- “Entry package” is the lowest monthly price on the page. It usually covers a small site, few keywords and one language.
- Keyword counts (“10 keywords”, “up to 25 keywords”) describe how much the agency tracks, not how many searches you’ll win.
- Minimum terms change the real price. AED 2,000 a month for four months is an AED 8,000 commitment.
- VAT isn’t shown the same way everywhere. One page says no VAT is charged; ours excludes VAT and adds it if it applies. Ask every provider for the price you’ll actually pay.
What we left out: one agency publishes packages from AED 2,500 to AED 15,000 without saying whether the price is monthly, and several blogs quote “average SEO costs in Dubai” with no sample or method behind them. We’d rather show five prices you can check than an average nobody measured.
What drives the cost of SEO in Dubai
An SEO quote is mostly a quote for hours: technical work, pages written or rewritten, local listings and outreach. These are the things that change how many hours a month your site needs.
Competition in your sector
The more businesses fighting for the same searches, the more pages you need, and the more authority your site must earn before Google shows it. A sector where many competitors already have strong, well-linked sites needs more work each month than one where few do.
How many services, locations and pages
A clinic with one branch and five treatments needs a handful of pages. A company with ten services in three emirates needs dozens. This is why most packages are priced by keywords or pages, and why our entry price is for one website and one location.
English, Arabic or both
In the packages above, Arabic is either a higher tier (Boldin) or a paid add-on (Drivix, AED 999 a month). A second language means its own keyword research and its own pages, not a translation of the English ones. Budget for it if your customers search in Arabic.
The state of your website
A site that’s slow, badly structured or hard for Google to read needs fixing before content pays off. That’s usually a one-off cost, which is why many agencies, us included, charge a set-up fee or start with an audit.
Content and links
Most of the difference between an AED 2,000 and an AED 10,000 package is how much gets produced each month: new pages, articles, content briefs and outreach to earn links from other sites. Ask how many pieces a month are included and who writes them.
How SEO is priced in Dubai
- Monthly retainer. The most common model: a fixed fee for a set amount of work each month. All the packages in the table work this way.
- Set-up fee or audit. A one-off charge for the technical fixes, keyword map and tracking before monthly work starts. Some agencies include it; we charge AED 2,000.
- One-off project. A fixed price for a defined job, such as an audit or fixing a site after a redesign. Useful if you have someone in-house to continue.
- Hourly consulting. Advice by the hour, with your team doing the work.
Whatever the model, ask for the monthly deliverables in writing. Two quotes at the same price can include very different amounts of work.

How much does local SEO cost in Dubai?
Local SEO is the work that gets you into Google’s map results: your Google Business Profile, consistent business details across directories, reviews and a page for each area you serve. In the packages above it’s usually the entry tier: Drivix’s Local package is AED 1,249 a month, and Boldin’s Starter is aimed at “low competitive keywords and local SEO”.
Ours isn’t priced separately: local SEO in Dubai is part of the same service, from AED 3,100 a month plus AED 2,000 set-up for one location. More locations mean more pages and more listings to keep up, so the price grows with them.
VAT on SEO services in the UAE
UAE VAT is 5%, according to the UAE government portal u.ae. A business must register once its taxable supplies pass AED 375,000 over 12 months, and can register voluntarily from AED 187,500, according to the Federal Tax Authority.
Prices in Dubai are quoted both ways, so ask whether a quote includes VAT. Ours is quoted excluding VAT: if VAT applies, it is added at the legal rate and shown on the invoice. Your accountant can confirm whether you can recover it.
Red flags in an SEO quote
- A guaranteed ranking. Google’s own guide to hiring an SEO says: “No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.”
- A price with no deliverables. “Monthly SEO” with no number of pages, fixes or reports attached.
- Keywords as the only promise. Tracking 25 keywords says nothing about whether those keywords bring enquiries.
- Accounts in the agency’s name. Your Search Console, Google Business Profile and Analytics should be yours from day one.
- A long lock-in before any audit. If you must sign for a year before anyone has looked at your site, ask why.
- No word on languages. If your buyers search in Arabic and the quote is English only, part of your market isn’t covered.
Questions to ask before you sign
Google suggests asking an SEO for examples of previous work, whether they follow Google Search Essentials, what results to expect and in what timeframe, and their experience in your industry and your country or city. Add these, which are about the money:
- What exactly do I get each month: how many pages, fixes and reports?
- Is the price with or without VAT, and is there a set-up fee?
- Is there a minimum term, and what happens if I stop?
- Are Search Console, Google Business Profile and Analytics in my company’s name?
- Does the price cover Arabic, and every location I serve?
- Which searches will you target first, and why those?
SEO, ads and permits
SEO has no media bill: you pay for the work, not for each visit. That’s the difference from Google Ads or Facebook and Instagram ads, where the agency fee comes on top of the ad spend you pay the platform.
Your own website isn’t social media advertising, so the UAE Advertiser Permit doesn’t apply to it. That permit is for individuals who post advertising on social media in the UAE, such as influencers or staff promoting you from personal accounts. Sector rules still apply to what your website says: property listings carry the Trakheesi permit number your broker obtains, and clinic claims follow DHA standards. General information, not legal advice.
Where we fit, honestly
Our SEO services in Dubai start from AED 3,100 a month plus AED 2,000 set-up (≈ €750 + €500), excluding VAT, for one website and one location. The set-up covers a full audit, technical fixes, a keyword map, your Google Business Profile and tracking in Search Console. Each month after that: new and updated pages, local SEO, work for AI search, a report and a call. Prices are monthly, and everything we set up stays in your name.
We don’t have a client SEO case to publish yet, and we won’t borrow one. Most of our clients are in Spain, and the named cases on our About page are advertising results, not SEO. If you want to see how we work before paying, start with the free SEO audit.
Frequently asked questions
On five Dubai agency websites we checked in November 2026, published monthly SEO packages start between AED 1,249 and AED 7,500, and the highest fixed package was AED 15,000 a month. Ours is AED 3,100 a month plus AED 2,000 set-up, excluding VAT. The right price depends on your competition, how many services and locations you need covered, and the languages.
Most SEO in Dubai is sold as a monthly retainer, sometimes with a one-off set-up fee or audit. Compare what each month includes, such as pages, fixes, reports and languages, rather than the fee alone, and check minimum terms: four months at AED 2,000 is an AED 8,000 commitment.
There’s no official average for Dubai. In the packages we checked, local SEO is usually the entry tier, such as AED 1,249 a month at one agency. Ours is part of the main service, from AED 3,100 a month plus AED 2,000 set-up for one location, and grows with the number of locations.
If you’re comparing quotes rather than selling SEO: a fair price matches the hours your site needs, which depend on competition, the number of pages and locations, the languages and the state of the site. A quote that doesn’t list what you get each month can’t be compared with any other.
It depends on the provider, so ask. UAE VAT is 5%. Our prices exclude VAT; if it applies, it’s added at the legal rate and shown on the invoice. One agency in our check states that no VAT is charged.
No. Google says no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google. A provider can commit to the work, such as the audit, fixes, pages and reports, and show you the results in Search Console each month.
