GoHighLevel for real estate in the UAE: what it costs in AED and how to set it up

On this page

GoHighLevel (HighLevel) is a CRM with pipelines, WhatsApp, email, SMS, calendars and landing pages in one account.

For a UAE brokerage or developer, it starts at USD 97 a month, about AED 356. What you’ll actually pay depends on the add-ons and the usage on top.

This guide has no affiliate link. We run HighLevel every day for clients in Spain, and we’ve written down what a UAE real estate team needs to know before signing up.

What GoHighLevel is, in one paragraph

HighLevel was built for marketing agencies. An agency account holds sub-accounts: one per business or brand.

Each sub-account has:

  • Contacts and pipelines. Leads, deals and sales stages.
  • Conversations. WhatsApp, email, SMS, Instagram and Facebook in one inbox.
  • Calendars. Viewings and meetings, with reminders.
  • Forms and landing pages. Your own, not a portal’s.
  • Workflows. “When a lead comes in from this ad, assign it to this agent and send this message.”

A brokerage normally needs one sub-account. A developer with several brands may want one per brand.

GoHighLevel pricing in AED

Prices from gohighlevel.com/pricing, checked on 2026-10-17. HighLevel prices in US dollars. AED figures use the official peg of AED 3.6725 per US dollar, the rate the Central Bank of the UAE publishes in its exchange-rate tables.

The free trial is 14 days, on any plan, according to the pricing page. Many sites advertise 30 days. Those come from affiliate links.

Your card or bank may charge a foreign-currency fee on top. That isn’t in the table.

VAT isn’t in the table either. How it applies to a subscription billed from the US is a question for your accountant.

Which plan a real estate business needs

  • One brokerage, one brand: Starter is usually enough. Three sub-accounts covers the business plus room for a second brand or a test account.
  • A developer with several brands or projects run as separate teams: Starter still works up to three. Beyond that, Unlimited.
  • Agency Pro is for agencies reselling HighLevel as their own software. A brokerage doesn’t need it.

A worked example, with assumptions

Assumptions: one brokerage, one sub-account, Starter monthly, WhatsApp on, no AI Employee.

  • Starter: USD 97
  • WhatsApp: USD 10
  • Fixed: USD 107, about AED 392.96 a month
  • Plus: Meta’s WhatsApp message charges, calls, SMS and email by usage.

And the cost no pricing page shows: set-up time. An empty account does nothing. Someone has to build the pipeline, forms, workflows, WhatsApp templates and the connection to your ads.

How to set it up for a brokerage or developer

The order matters. Build the pipeline before the automations, or you automate a mess.

  1. Create the sub-account with your trade name, time zone (Asia/Dubai) and currency (AED).
  2. Add users and roles. Agents see their own leads; managers see everything.
  3. Build the pipeline (next section).
  4. Add custom fields a property enquiry needs: budget in AED, area or community, property type, bedrooms, off-plan or ready, cash or mortgage, language.
  5. Connect the lead sources: Meta lead forms, click-to-WhatsApp ads, your website forms. Portal leads too, where your portal lets you export or forward them.
  6. Tag every lead with its source: campaign, ad set and ad. Without it you can’t tell which ad brought deals.
  7. Connect WhatsApp on the official platform (see below) and get your templates approved.
  8. Build the workflows last.

If you advertise specific properties, each ad also needs its DLD advertising permit. That’s outside HighLevel; see our guide on the Trakheesi permit for social media ads.

A real estate pipeline that works

These are the stages we’d start from for a brokerage. Rename them the way your team talks.

StageWhat it meansWhat happens automatically
New enquiryLead just came inWhatsApp reply in minutes; task to the assigned agent
ContactedAn agent has spoken to themFollow-up stops; the agent takes over
QualifiedBudget, area and timing knownMatching listings sent by the agent, not by a bot
Viewing bookedDate in the calendarReminder the day before
Offer / reservationOffer made or unit reservedTask for documents
ClosedDeal doneRequest for a review, if the client agrees
LostWith the reason“Not interested” is never contacted again

For a developer, add a field or a separate pipeline per project, and route leads by project and language.

We run HighLevel this way for Tu Zona, a resale estate agency with three offices in Extremadura, Spain: one shared account for the three offices, where Meta leads arrive filed and with a viewing already proposed before the salesperson picks up the phone. That’s Spain, not Dubai; the stages are the same.

Rules that keep follow-up from turning into spam:

  • The sequence stops the moment the lead replies.
  • Never two messages on the same channel on the same day.
  • If an agent has spoken to the lead, the automation goes quiet.

The single number worth watching is how fast a person replies to a new lead. We cover where Dubai leads come from in real estate lead sources in Dubai.

WhatsApp: only through the official API

In the UAE, most property conversations happen on WhatsApp. Get this part right.

  • Use the official WhatsApp Business Platform, through HighLevel’s WhatsApp integration or an official Meta Business Solution Provider.
  • Inside Meta’s 24-hour window after the lead’s last message, you can reply freely. After that, only pre-approved templates.
  • No unofficial WhatsApp Web/QR tools. They break Meta’s terms and put the number at risk of being banned. The official Coexistence onboarding uses Meta’s own QR.

The USD 10 a month is HighLevel’s fee. Meta charges for messages on top: per delivered message, by category, since 1 July 2025.

Data protection: the UAE PDPL

The UAE’s federal data protection law is Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). According to the UAE Government portal, checked on 2026-10-17:

  • It prohibits processing personal data without the owner’s consent, with exceptions such as legal obligations or public interest.
  • The data owner can ask for corrections, and can restrict or stop the processing.
  • The UAE Data Office is the federal regulator.

If your company sits in a free zone with its own data protection law, such as DIFC, check which regime applies to you. The portal lists the DIFC Data Protection Law separately.

What HighLevel says on its privacy and security page: hosted on Google Cloud Platform, annual SOC 2 Type II assessments, and compliance with the GDPR and US privacy laws. It does not say where your data is stored. If that matters for your business, ask HighLevel support in writing.

What’s on you, whatever CRM you use:

  1. Consent on every form, with a clear purpose.
  2. Opt-outs respected on every channel, WhatsApp included, as the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy requires.
  3. A privacy notice that says which tools hold the data.

This is general information, not legal advice. Have your legal adviser review it.

When GoHighLevel fits, and when it doesn’t

It fits if:

  • You get leads every day from Meta, Google or WhatsApp ads.
  • Your sales run on WhatsApp replies and viewings.
  • You want CRM, WhatsApp, calendar and forms in one place, at a fixed monthly cost.
  • Someone, in-house or outside, will configure and maintain it.

It doesn’t if:

  • You get a handful of leads a month and a spreadsheet does the job.
  • Your team already lives in another CRM and won’t move.
  • Nobody will own it. An unconfigured account is just another subscription.

If you’d rather have it built for you, that’s what we do as a GoHighLevel agency in Dubai. Ads, SEO and websites are sold separately, each with its price: all our services. If you run an agency and want the CRM to come with the ads and the WhatsApp replies, see lead generation for real estate agencies in Dubai.

Frequently asked questions

The Starter plan costs USD 97 a month, about AED 356.23 at the official peg of AED 3.6725 per dollar. Unlimited is USD 297 (about AED 1,090.73) and Agency Pro USD 497 (about AED 1,825.23). WhatsApp adds USD 10 a month per sub-account, and email, SMS and calls are charged by usage.

The official trial is 14 days on any plan, according to HighLevel’s pricing page checked on 17 October 2026. The 30-day trials you see on many websites come from affiliate links. Billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel, so note the date when you sign up.

Usually Starter. It includes three sub-accounts, enough for one brokerage plus a second brand or a test account. A developer running more than three brands or teams as separate accounts would need Unlimited. Agency Pro is meant for agencies reselling HighLevel, not for brokerages.

Yes, through its WhatsApp integration at USD 10 a month per sub-account; Meta charges for messages separately. Use only the official WhatsApp Business Platform: free replies inside the 24-hour window, approved templates after it. Unofficial tools that connect through WhatsApp Web or a QR code break Meta’s terms and risk the number; the official Coexistence onboarding uses Meta’s own QR.

HighLevel says it complies with the GDPR and US privacy laws and is hosted on Google Cloud, but its security page does not mention the UAE or where data is stored. Under the PDPL, consent and opt-outs are your responsibility as the business. Ask HighLevel in writing about hosting and check with your legal adviser.
